Workout Structure:
Warmup: 5 minutes
HIIT Workout – Repeat 8 times
HIIT Interval: 1 minute – Speed increases by 0.2 each segment
RECOVER: 1 minute
End with two 3-minute long runs!
Cooldown at the end!
