4 Exercises to Reduce your Waist Size

1. Spin around in a circle like a child

I start every client out on this one. Why? Because it helps me determine their ability to lose weight. Also, spinning around like a child is the best way I know of to stimulate your Endocrine System to balance out your hormones. With balanced hormones, your body is in prime shape to lose a lot of weight quickly.

What you do is spin clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings. Spin 5-15 times to begin with to see what it takes for you to get slightly dizzy. You’re not trying to get so dizzy you fall over, just slightly dizzy is all that you need.

2. Belly Rubs

This is great for localized belly fat reducing. What you do is rub your hands together for 10-20 seconds to create heat (energy). Take 1 of your hands and rub small circles around your belly button as you lie down.

The heat from your hands penetrates deep into your bodyfat and zaps the fat cells. Some of the fat cells disintegrate, others loosen up and get eliminated, while other fat cells won’t be affected by this. Either way, it helps to reduce your waist size a lot over time.

3. Vacuum Pose

This is #1 on my list of exercises to do to make your waist small. All you do is suck in your belly button. (Note: Don’t suck in your upper abs like most people do.) Suck it in as much as possible then hold that “pose” for 15-60 seconds. Rest, then repeat. Doing this for 5 minutes a day will net most people about a 1.75 inch loss around the waist. Do it for 20 minutes like some of my clients, and you can lose up to 3 inches from your waist.

4. Hula Hooping

Go get a $3 hula hoop and get at it. Seriously, in a year this will be all over the weight loss community. So get a jump on it. Just twirl it around your waist for at least 10 minutes a day. Oh, you’re going to tell me you’re too busy to do it for 10 minutes. Ok, then do it during tv commercials or any other time you have 2 free minutes.

Those 4 exercises will help you to reduce your waist size pretty fast.
