PUSH PACE: 2 minutes – 5.5 – 8.0 mph
BASE PACE: 1 minute – 4.5 – 6.5 mph
HIIT SECTION: (10 times)
HIIT: 1 minutes – 6.0 – 9.0 mph
RECOVER: 30 seconds – 3.0 – 4.0 mph
BASE: 3 minutes – 5.0 – 7.0 mph
PUSH: 1 minute – 6.0 – 8.0 mph
RECOVER: 1 minute
