Marmot Limelight 3 Person Backpacking Tent

We embraced simplicity with the Limelight series: Quick to set-up and slight in weight, you can camp in style in this roomy home-away-from-home. The zone construction increases livable space, and a super-sized double door and rear D-shaped door lead to two side vestibules to keep all your gear dry in wet weather.
The characteristics of the Marmot Limelight:
Secure it once and done
The fly of the tent is made from 100% water-resistant polyester. Therefore, it doesn’t have to be retightened, once it has gotten wet. That ensures a high durability and a longer lifetime of the product. This fabric is so light that it can be carried in a backpack easily throughout longer tours.
More living space
The innovative zone pre-bend construction creates vertical walls up to shoulder height for a roomier sleeping area and extra head room. Therefore, several people can sit comfortably and uprightly in the tent.
Practical entrance and exit
You can enter the Marmot Limelight through a super-sized double door and a rear D-shaped door. This way it’s possible to enter and exit the tent without disturbing your friends or family. You can also use one of the vestibules over the doors to store cooking items dry and easily accessible. When not needed the doors can be stuffed completely into the interior pockets.
Lights up the darkness
The slightly dimming lamp shade pocket at the roof of the tent securely holds a headlamp, providing ambient light without it getting in the way or blinding you. Ideal for reading, relaxing or sitting out the bad weather.
Resists bad weather conditions
The seam-taped, catenary-cut floor prevents water from flowing into the tent, even if it’s standing on a slight incline. For an even better protection against dirt and wetness, a footprint to lay underneath is included.
Pleasant climate
Vents on the roof and sides of the tent enable good air circulation – no matter how the weather is outside. This reduces condensation inside the tent, and allows it to remain dry between the outer and inner layers.
Everything safely stored
Thanks to integrated pockets, small items can easily be stored. This allows you to reach them when needed instead of rummaging through your backpack or losing them in you sleeping bags.
Quick set-up
The set-up of the tent is done in minutes, thanks to strategic clip placement and colour coded “easy pitch” clips, poles and fly. The canopy just needs to be attached to the poles and the fly tightened above – done.
