How to "CHOP & PUSH" Backhand & Forehand Defensive Technique | TABLE TENNIS / PING PONG | Tutorial
In this video I will show you how to use a most common defense technique in the sport of Table Tennis / Ping Pong. It some ways the shot can be considered as a smart defensive style attack for the more advance players. It is known as a “PUSH” technique which will help you return serves and short balls over the net. Over time you will be able to get a better handle on how to “CHOP” as it requires similar aspects as this technique.
The purpose of this shot is to slow down the ball, counter a serve or use it as an attack to exploit a players weakness.
