WHAT Should I Eat? ||| Food Facts for Athletes (Table Tennis Players)!
Hey guys,
Good #diets are vital in any highly-demanding sport for a number of reasons, but essentially eating the right foods can help our body’s perform at the best physical performance possible.
In this video, I share a brief overview into the 3 Main Food Groups in the world of Nutrition, how much we should (as athletes) be eating on a daily basis + some interesting facts on these specific foods!
