(We had to change the wording for youtube to be non graphic in this horrific case.)
Corey Micciolo passed away on April 2, 2021, after displaying symptoms including stumbling, slurred speech, and shortness of breath.
Dr. Dante Ragusa’s autopsy report revealed blunt force injuries, cardiac trauma, and sepsis as causes of death.
Consulting forensic pathologist Dr. Thomas Andrew determined Corey’s death to be homicide, citing acute traumatic injury to the heart.
Gregor was initially charged with child endangerment in July 2021 but faced further charges for Corey’s murder on March 9, 2022.
Despite claims by Gregor’s defense of natural causes, legal proceedings are ongoing.
Corey’s mother, Breanna Micciolo, reportedly filed numerous abuse complaints against Gregor to no avail and has since sued the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
Gregor is currently held without bond and could face a life sentence pending the outcome of the trial.
