Setup was really easy – I did it myself in 2 minutes, lift it out of the box, handle up and attach a couple of bits.
For safety, there is an optional emergency stop clip which is held in place by a magnet; this MUST be attached for the treadmill to function, so do not lose it. You can clip it onto you, so should you get caught off-guard, when the clip pulls off it stop the treadmill within a second.
