Building Block 1 | Basic Strokes | Table Tennis
http://www.PingSkills.com – Building Block 1
The first building block is your basic strokes. This involves learning to hold the bat correctly, and learning to control the ball on the table. You also need to learn the correct technique for the forehand and backhand counterhit, the forehand and backhand push. Then it’s time to learn the forehand and backhand topspin, and the block to counter these strokes. And finally it’s important to learn how to play a topspin against a backspin ball.
For developing this skill watch our basic strokes module at: https://www.pingskills.com/tutorials/basic-strokes
