Q1：How to check the mobile phone system version?

And your mobile phone must support Android 4.4 or iOS 9.0 or above.

The smartwatch can’t be connected to the iPad, tablet, and computer.

Q2：How to turn on the watch and set the time?

A2：When you receive this watch, please charge it first, then press and hold the button to turn it on

There is no need to set the time, date, and other functions of the smartwatch. You only need to connect the smartwatch to the mobile phone according to step three, the time, the weather, and date will be automatically synchronized.

Q3：How to connect the watch with a phone?

A3：1、You need to download the “Da fit” app in the ‘Google play’ or ‘app Store’. Then bind/connect the watch in the APP (“”Device—Bind Device—Land2S—Confirm””), then the data including the date and time will sync automatically. (App requires: IOS 9.0 and above or Android 4.4 and above, smartphone only, not for PC, iPad, or Tablet. )

2、When the distance between the watch and the phone exceeds 10 meters, the Bluetooth disconnection will appear, and you need to reconnect according to step one.

Q4：How to get the message notification?

A4：1.Open Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions open when you first download the ‘Da Fit’ app;

2. Please make sure that the ‘Da Fit’ app notification is open in your phone’s setting: Settings>Notifications>Da Fit /ins /Facebook（and other APP you need to receive message）>Allow Notifications;

3. Turn on Notification in the ‘Da Fit’ app: Open App>Click on Notification>Allow notification，Click ‘√’ icon to save>setting done.

4. Run the ‘Da Fit’ app in the phone background and make sure the device is paired with your phone successfully.
