The KAP7 Water Polo Heavy Trainer Ball will improve shooting strength of the shoulder and oblique muscles, as well as the forearm, wrist and hand. Correct repetitions with the Heavy Trainer will increase throwing power and arm velocity without undue strain on the shoulder or elbow. For use in and out of the water, the Heavy Trainer fits well in the hand and is made of the same material as our Hydrogrip water polo balls. The rubber surface is hand buffed for improved grip. Comparable to Size 2 water polo ball.
