The X32i has a 300 lb user weight capacity, a strong 4.0 CHP motor, and a max speed of 12 mph. This treadmill is hard to beat with its huge incline range of -6% to 40%. This makes the X22i a really versatile training tool.
We recommend the x22i (and all of NordicTrack’s incline treadmills) to users who are serious about getting a cushioned deck. This treadmill is super-cushioned and a top pick for low impact cardio.
The X22i is heavy and it doesn’t fold. So it will require a dedicated space in your home. But in case you do need to move it from time to time, it has a lift bar and two wheels on the base for scooting it around. Just be sure you have an extra set of hands to help.
Because the motor on the X22i is located at the back end of the deck, the front end has a very minimally intrusive belt cover. This is great for runners with a forward stride, giving them more space and less risk of stepping on that belt cover.
Additional accessories and features on the X22i include a very large 22” HD touchscreen display, built-in console speakers and fans, 50 on-board workouts, water bottle holders, a phone holder, and a Bluetooth chest strap HR monitor that comes with your treadmill.
This year, NordicTrack added a Sled Push feature to the X22i. When you set the speed to 1 mph, you can push against the tread belt without risk of damaging the belt, rollers, or motor.
The X22i pairs with the fitness platform iFit to offer hundreds of workout videos and other fitness tools. This subscription is free for 12 months with your treadmill purchase and very affordable to maintain should you choose to. With iFit, you have access to current and past workout history, weekly stats, hundreds of on-demand workout videos for the treadmill and off the treadmill. You have access to a calendar for scheduling your workouts, their Google Maps tool, and activity and nutrition tracking in the mobile app.
