The Carl Lewis MOTP12 motorised incline treadmill has a number of features usually only seen in models of higher value. With a top speed of 16 kilometers per hour, this treadmill is a viable option for moderate running to get into shape, burn body fat and tone essential areas of your body.
There are six installed programs to follow (a mixture of different levels of slope and speed) or you can simply set it to manual for a workout of your choice. Fourteen options for incline lets you increase or decrease the intensity of your run by simply pressing a button, plus as it is a motorized treadmill you can do this when still running (with many in this price range you have to manually adjust the slope that may cause inconvenience and disruption to your pace).
The control panel seems a little confusing at initial sight with a large number of buttons. However, you will quickly adjust and realize that all serve a purpose to help you maximize your experience in running. Speed and incline buttons are conveniently located on the handlebars for a quick and easy adjustment, allowing you to concentrate on your workout.
The treadmill also has smart sensors for measuring your pulse and body fat. This allows you to save data and help to improve these two key indicators.
The MOTP12 is quick and easy to build and is not a large treadmill – with the help of the easy assembly booklet you will have the unit setup within half an hour. It has a running surface of 40 x 120 cm and is suitable for users to a maximum weight of 120 kg (nearly 19 stone). The treadmill is foldable and has wheels to allow transportation to wherever you want to store it.
