Road or Treadmill – Which Is Faster?
Is it quicker to run on a treadmill or on the road? We challenged Anna to test this theory, completing a treadmill run through a virtual tour of London, using Zwift, before heading into the City and seeing how she performed IRL. It was certainly a tale of two differing runs!
