1. How to download the VIRMEE APP?
Way 1: Download the “VIRMEE” APP directly from APP Store/Google Play;
Way 2: Scan the QR code (in the user manual) directly;
Way 3: Download from VIRMEE official website;
2. How to connect the smart watch with VIRMEE APP ？
Step 1: Turn on your watch, go to Menu > Settings > About to check the Bluetooth name of the watch.
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
Step 3: Launch VIRMEE on your mobile phone and register an account
step 4: Follow the in-app instructions to create your profile.
Step 5: Tap Device > + > SEARCH AGAIN on your mobile phone, then tap VIRMEE XXXX to connect.
3. How to customize the watch face?
You can tap and hold the home screen to change the watch face. You can also customize the watch face in VIRMEE App.
4.How to receive texts or call notifications on the smart watch?
Go to your mobile phone’s settings, then allow the notifications permission for VIRMEE APP. Or, go to Device > Message Notification in the VIRMEE APP to open the APP from sending notifications to your watch.
