Stretch first for 3-5 minutes
Depending on how I feel, I warm up by getting on the treadmill, jumping rope or running outside. Either one is beneficial just don’t beat yourself up when you see others going faster than you can. It’s not a competition and no one is here to judge.
Warming up can be anywhere from 5-20 minutes
FYI: this treadmill was given to us by my husbands mother and we’ve had it for over 5 years. If you don’t have a treadmill then there’s cheap ropes at Walmart & Amazon that’ll help with warming up before working out!
