A: As hr monitor, please make sure the wrist band sit neatly on your wrist before use, and set your personal info correctly on app, so the hr data will be less errors. The tracker will monitor your hr at every 5 mins interval and record the data in app if you use the automatic mode.

Q: The sport dates seem not accurate?

A: Sport data is related to sport mode, age, height, gender, and weight. Please fill in the real data in the APP and enter into the corresponding sport mode. The calories calculation of different sport modes are different. About the step culcalation, we recommend you walk more than 10 steps.

Q: Only 7 sport mode on the watch, not see the rest sport mode?

A: There are 7 sport modes on the watch. And you can go to the app -device-more -aitivity display- add and choose the sport mode you need.

Q: Does the watch have always-on screen? The watch screen dispalays not clearly outside?

A: The watch screen not always-on dispalys. You can swipe up the screen-adjust the level of the brightness on the lower icon.

Q: Does the watch has built-in GPS?
